Download CMSimple CMSimple is what you need to install before our templates will work. Some simple information you need to know before you try to install CMSimple.
There are basic requirements you must meet regarding website hosting before you try to install this system.
1. Your website host MUST have PHP enabled. If you are a visitor from Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Adelaide, Darwin, Melbourne, Hobart Australia, we personally recommend SmartArtist for your hosting and domain name registration needs. If you are visiting us from outside Australia, then you will need to find the best hosting provider in your area that allows PHP files.
2. You must be able to CHMOD (change some file permissions) to some core files on some hosting servers if you wish to edit the template & stylesheet files online.
Providing you can do the above, you should have no problems at all.
If you know all the above, then proceed to the download below.
Download CMSimple There are currently 3 versions of CMSimple available. After you install one of the cmsimple packages above, you can then login using the default password (test). You are then feel free to download and install any of the templates you see on this site. ( The Template install FAQ is here if you need it.) Remember to change the default password immediately.
PLEASE NOTE:
CMSimple itself is released under GPL3, and as such, there are no link requirements linking back to CMSimple. So feel free to remove the link in the footer of your site to CMSimple, should you wish to do so. Removing the "Dotcomwebdesign" link without purchasing our required license, is a violation of our license. Our link MUST also remain visible.
